JESUS COME QUICKLY
Jesus' consistent message to us was not to worry, fear, or physically/carnally fight. The things Jesus told us in advance are meant to produce the proper response in us; such as prayer, wisdom, truth, repentance, obedience, trust, holiness, humility, courage, unity, peace, joy, faith, hope, and love. The Bible instructs us and encourages us to mentally, emotionally, and most importantly - spiritually prepare ourselves.
Any physical/carnal preparation for what is coming is OK, but it should be least important (God promises to provide for our needs). There should be a forceful rejection of fear, worry, avoiding necessary suffering & death, overzealous endeavor's based on food, shelter, land, money/gold, guns/weapons, or any other human effort to save ourselves (and others) in this temporary world. Keep in mind, any physical/carnal preparations (food, shelter, land, money/gold, guns/weapons, etc) are just mere tools that are useful, but they cannot guarantee anything - they are only tools at the end of the day. Put your trust in God above anything/anyone else.
Born-again children of God (through Jesus) primary perspective/focus/goal should be a deliberate & open embracing of spiritual preparation and eternal life with God - regardless of sufferings and/or death we (and our loved ones) may experience, and regardless if we are near the end or not. We should ultimately embrace death; looking forward to finally going Home to be with God.
If we truly desire to do God's Will now and at the end of the age, we must strive to remain faithful & obedient to God (choose daily to do our best to please God - truly desire what He desires). This of course includes exposing all lies/deceptions & evil. We are to imitate/follow Jesus, love brothers & sisters in Christ as Jesus loved us, love non-believers (including our enemies) as ourselves, share Jesus with others, make disciples, and keep watch (be ready) for Jesus to come for us (the pre-tribulation rapture/harpazo). This is our command/directive from God Himself.
