Scripture versus Interpretation

SCRIPTURE VERSUS INTERPRETATION

"You stiff-necked and stubborn people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you are always actively resisting the Holy Spirit. You are doing just as your fathers did."
~Acts 7:51

The first step is always to examine Scripture carefully to differentiate the actual Words from interpretations. The proper approach to Scripture (since it is God's infallible Word), is to ask, "Since Scripture cannot be in error, how is my understanding in error?"

Lets use the following Scriptures...

Thank You Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit for Who You Are... Your Beautiful, Perfect, Just Ways. Thank You for blessing Stephen and many many others through Stephen. Thank You for sharing Yourself with us. Thank You.

 Please God enable us to truly live by Your Spirit, as our brothers and sisters did in the Book of Acts. Empower us Holy Spirit with great love, strength, courage and understanding to Follow our God, our Master, our Brother Jesus. For Your Namesake Jesus. We Love You.

 There's so much to dissect, meditate on, and be thankful for from the above Scriptures - but lets just focus on these:

How long were the Israelites in Egypt (400 years or 430 years)?



"Which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? They killed those who proclaimed beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become;"

Father Jesus Holy Spirit, bless us with circumcised eyes, ears, hearts and minds that offer You great pleasure.
